Hands-On Acoustic Guitar-Building is our most popular class. Students have come from as far away as China, Australia, Spain, and Dominican Republic to study guitar-making and build their own first instruments under the tutelage of luthier Harry Fleishman.
This Hands-On Class is ideal for beginners as well as intermediate builders who would like to gain more control over the tone of their guitars. In this class you will build your own guitar, as you learn to make your own informed choices leading to more pleasing aesthetics, more efficient work, finer craftsmanship, and more controllable tone. This class is intense and fun!
