The kick-off on Friday is again open to all. On the weekend, we will play for the seventh time with many well-known artists from the German and international ukulele scene and get in the mood for the wild summer season that now lies ahead of us. Get inspired and educated in Playshops – and let us shine while playing together. Look forward to wonderful guests, friends who share your passion, booths with refreshing and beautiful offers and many other little specials … We look forward to seeing you – live and in color!

Flea Fest, a ukulele festival brought to you by The Dancing Fleas, Art of Sound, and the Cleveland County Arts Council. Registration and classes will be at the Cleveland County Arts Council, 111 S. Washington St. Shelby, NC USA.
Virtual for 2021, GNUF is a celebration of the ukulele, of music, of talent, and of community. We fill Huddersfield with fun, laughter, and of course, ukuleles.
Our festival feature the world’s best ukulele acts. We’ll have performers from across the globe and around the country. Expect a wide range of talented, surprising and fun acts.

When Ray and Sue Mooers started Dusty Strings in 1979, Ray built hammered dulcimers in the couple’s basement, and the two played and sold them at festivals and craft fairs. After they switched to selling through acoustic music retailers, the business began to grow, adding employees until the basement no longer sufficed.
