In using music terms to describe the pattern, it is a dotted quarter note and one eight note to four eight notes. Basically one rhythmic rhythmic syllable from the Modular Phonetic Rhythm System tied to another syllable from the system. Mater the individual syllables and you'll be able to master all 72 of the possible two syllable patterns.
