Books and Tangible Items
If an item or book gets damaged en route in shipping, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Just return the damaged item, and a replacement will be sent out promptly.
If it is a download, it cannot be returned. You can view the entire content of all of Curt's books online before making a commitment, just as you would at a book store.
Site Access, eBooks and PDF downloads
Site Access, PDF downloads and eBooks can not be returned or refunded!. There is more than enough of the contents of my books and lesson material viewable on-line to make an educated decision before buying my books or a site access plan.
As you might be able to guess, there's no way of me getting the material back. Saying you deleted stuff from your computer is not enough - it never is gone unless you do a "Secure Empty Trash or Secure Delete" or reform the drive. If, however, you're not happy with your purchase. I will send you a different and equal valued replacement of your choice. If you are really set on getting your money back we can work something out.

Try a short access plan to check things out. And, remember ALL Silver and Gold members have direct access to Curt Sheller via email. Students can call anytime to discuss or clarify any lessons material assigned or their lesson.
If you have ANY questions fire off an email and I'll get right back to you.
However if you know within a day or two that a site asses plan is not for you I'll work with you, and we can work something out.
You are responsible for the recurring charges i.e. memberships until you decide to cancel. Regardless of how much or little you use or access the website.
Your access will continue until canceled —; you can cancel anytime or never. Billing is automatic via PayPal or Stripe and billed for a full recurring billing period; there are no refunds for unused. Cancel at any time before the beginning of your next renewal period/billing cycle; it's best to do it at least 5-business days before your next billing cycle. If you wait or forget to cancel before the next billing cycle, you will be charged for the next billing period.
NOTE: What I have done for myself when subscribing to a website., is I'll set a reminder in my computer calendar for when to cancel. Or, cancel right away and let the subscription go the full cycle and not renew automatically.
