If there's one thing that has the biggest return on your time and investment to learn it's really, really knowing the names of the note of the fingerboard. This series takes a step-by-step approach to finally learning the fingerboard.
The Ukulele, like the guitar and many other fretted stringed instruments, is capable of playing notes horizontally along a string and vertically across the strings. As well as have alternate location to play notes.
This flexibility adds a bit of complexity to actually learning the names of all the notes on the fingerboard, a.k.a., the neck and their locations. Especially without a plan, Stan!
Well Stan!, Here's your plan. Now get to work.
