Anything beyond the basics we can negotiate and it is actually pretty affordable.

Checkout the Ko'olau Guitar & Ukulele listing for an idea of what I can do. I'm a big fan of their instruments and play a custom Ko'olau CS Tenor, actually have two as one is a back up in training.

from the Okilele Ukulele Clubof Okinawa web site

Okilele -- the International Ukulele Club of Okinawa -- is a free friendship group designed to join together ukulele enthusiasts living in Okinawa. The purpose of the group is to build positive relationships between Japanese and Americans living in Okinawa through music and our shared love of the ukulele. There is no cost to join Okilele and the sheet music we jam to at monthly themed-meetings is provided for free if you attend the meeting. The club meets usually on the third Saturday of the month from 3 to 6 p.m. Meeting details can be found at Okilele’s facebook public page. The club consists of absolute beginners, beginners, intermediate and professional ukulele players from Japan, Okinawa and the United States. We DO NOT provide lessons. Our teaching philosphy is to learn while you jam with the group.
