Noel Tardy is a lifelong music lover. She played and sang in elementary, junior and senior high school band, orchestra and chorus prior to attending Texas Woman’s University as music major. In addition to her major emphasis of classical guitar, she was awarded a stage band music scholarship for her work with the TWU Serenaders as a guitar and bass player.
