There is bound to be a group up like-minded ukulele fans, players near you. A quick Internet search should yield some results.
Ukulele Club Listings for Texas
A group of Padre Island people passionate about playing their ukuleles and singing together. The group meets every Tuesday evening from 6 PM to 8 PM. Beginners play together from 6 to 7. The more advanced players play from 7 to 8. Both groups perform in public and always on a voluntary basis. It’s all about having fun and continuing to learn. Everyone is welcome. Loaner ukes available. Let us know a week in advance that you need a uke and we’ll have one waiting for you.
