Alexia Lekos, MMT, MT-BC, LPC is a Board-Certified Music Therapist with 6+ years of experience working within the inpatient psychiatric setting. She completed her clinical education at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia working on the oncology and neurology units and obtained her Masters in Music Therapy at Temple University. She has led workshops for various organizations including the American Music Therapy Association (Mid-Atlantic Region).
Alexia, originally from Rhode Island, has been living in Philadelphia since January 2019. Prior to the move, Alexia ran the New Horizons Ukulele Ensemble for three years and established the SUNY Fredonia Ukulele Club in Western New York.
