Bag End Boys

The Bag End Boys write contemporary pop songs that feature melodies that sometimes swirl in neat, unexpected ways. They can also cut a fine cover version of the Beatles classic, "The Word." Most amazing is how two ukes and two voices can sound so full! Further proof that the ukulele can rock and pop like its six string relative.” – Jim Beloff, Flea Market Music

Azo Bell

“Aussie Azo Bell is one of the best uke players of the new-uke generation.  Along with band mates Billy Milroy on single string bass and Tim Reeves on snare drum, Azo shows off some amazing single note picking and strumming that are one part vaudeville, and one part modern jazz.  Includes many standards Rag Mop, Foggy Day In London Town, Misty, and a slew of originals including the instant uke classic Spider Walk.  Serious chops mixed with a wicked sense of humor.” - - Jim Beloff (Review of ‘Lost In Spice’ CD), Flea Market Music, California.

During his junior year he was a production assistant for Leonard Bernstein on the musical, “1600 Pennsylvania Avenue,” which Bernstein wrote with Alan Jay Lerner. Despite the fact that the show closed on Broadway after a short time, Jim found it to be a valuable learning experience.

Bosko And Honey

Don’t be fooled by Bosko and Honey’s cute and quirky appearance because they are one of the most original and entertaining ukulele acts around today. A husband-and-wife duo who reside in the tropical rainforest of Kuranda in Australia’s Far North Queensland, Bosko & Honey joined the global ukulele explosion back in 2005 when Bosko decided to give Honey a ukulele for her birthday… Charming and disarming, their “Ukulele Love-In” show is a truly unique experience. With undertones of cabaret, it is an intimate yet wildly entertaining experience - an engaging blend of musicianship, humour and the (very) unexpected!
