Anything beyond the basics we can negotiate and it is actually pretty affordable.
Checkout the Ko'olau Guitar & Ukulele listing for an idea of what I can do. I'm a big fan of their instruments and play a custom Ko'olau CS Tenor, actually have two as one is a back up in training.
Club Ukulele

Listing Info
from the Nashville Ukulele Society web site

The purpose of The Nashville Ukulele Society (NUkeS) is to have fun, learn how to play, and grow as musicians. The ukulele, invented in Hawaii in 1879, is a wonderful instrument for all music levels.

You can attend without owning or having picked up a musical instrument. If you have always wanted to play a musical instrument but have thought it was too difficult then the Ukulele is the instrument for you. It is a very easy instrument to learn to play. There is no cost to attend a meeting. So whether you’re an ‘Uker’ or not, please come join us for one of our meetings. There will be at least one extra ukulele on hand so if you own more than one ukulele (and you don’t mind sharing) bring your extras so that everyone can join in on the strum/sing alongs.
