At just five years of age, Taimane Gardner was given ukulele and fell in love with the instrument. At six years of age, she was called a child prodigy and won her first ukulele competition competing against boys double her age. Taimane has won numerous ukulele competitions competing against experienced adult professionals.
At fourteen years of age, Taimane was offered by Hawaiian living legend Don Ho to perform in his show. She has been a featured performer in Las Vegas, Palm Springs, New York, and New Jersey. Taimane released her debute album “Loco Princess” in Japan in 2005 for BMG Japan and toured all over Japan successfully.
