Well let's see. First and foremost I am a husband and father of 3 awesome kids. I love music, art, classic designs and building things. I love things made of fine wood and metal including classic cars, old buildings, old tools and machines, longboard skateboards and of coarse.instruments. The art of luthier has brought all those things together in a very rewarding way.

I was born in Oregon and raised in Waimea on the Big Isle. (Hawaii) Growing up my Grandfather was in many music groups, and also taught choir. He being 96 years of age still plays music and sings. Music is his life, music is my life.

I learned how to make the Ukulele from a lot of trial and error, Books, and instructions from my friends Noa Bonk and father John Kitakis, at Ko’olau Ukulele and Guitar Co. (I recommend their ukuleles to everyone)

We are makers of custom ukuleles. They are completely hand made to your specifications, depending on what you like. Take a look at some of the pictures here, and you’ll get a feel for what we can do for you. We don’t have a factory; everything is hand made to order by a skilled luthier. We build only custom ukuleles - no “standard” models and no popouts. We do this for about half what other ukulele makers charge for their production models of similar quality: as little as $585 depending on options for a tenor.
